Adult Individuals
I offer a steady, compassionate space to process change, build resilience, and deepen self-understanding. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and improve communication to support meaningful growth and a clearer sense of direction. Of note: I connect naturally with clients who are gifted or have ADHD.

Level of Care Notice
My practice is best suited for individuals with six months of time since last episode in relation to end of life attempts, sobriety, mental health hospitalization, substance use hospitalization, and/or incarceration.
If you have sustained sobriety/stability for 6-months+ and are looking to explore underlying patterns while gaining coping skills, I’d be glad to connect.
Types of Therapy & Counseling
● Relational-Cultural Model (RTC). Being in a relationship with someone is much more meaningful than just being nice and accepting. It requires intentionality and includes the essential characteristics that are needed to foster growth: mutuality, engagement, empowerment, authenticity, and an openness about differences/diversity. I foster relationships first and they are always above any theory.
● Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): I value its structured exploration of thought, emotion, behavior patterns. I lean into CBT when a client’s thoughts and beliefs are creating stuck points.
● Biopsychosocial Theory: I align with the concept of the client having biological factors and social factors that are impacting thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a complex way for each client.
● Strengths-Based Theory: I believe every person already holds strengths within them, even if they feel hard to access at times. My work focuses on identifying those strengths, building on what is already working, and using them as a foundation for growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
● Attachment-based, Adlerian, and Family Systems approaches: These frameworks support my belief in authenticity, interpersonal connection, lifestyle patterns, generational dynamics, and systemic influences on wellbeing. These are the ways in which I lean into the psychosocial aspects with the client.
● Somatic, art, narrative, and mindfulness-based techniques: These allow for creativity and deepen emotional processing. I enjoy exploring techniques with clients as they are interested as it expands competency and client experience.
